Scottish Government – Increase in Planning Application Fees from 01st April 2026

The Scottish Government has set out an inflation-linked increase to planning fees which will come into force on Wednesday 1 April 2026. 

Fees for appeals to Scottish Ministers and fees for local reviews (to the Local Review Body) will also increase.
