The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025

These come into force on Monday 09 June 2025

This is inline with plans the Scottish Government wrote about at their Planning and Architecture blog

It would appear from that blog post that this might be part of an annual change going forward.
