Much like an order of trades for actually building out houses on a housing site there is an order of adminstration that needs to be managed when site construction really gets underway. Here I wanted to concentrate on the certifications and timing once construction has started and use it as a reference for review and refinement going forward. Both Residential and Non Residential development should follow similar paths. This follows on from all work taking place prior to site start which I have investigated elsewhere. This will dovetail with the actual trade by trade sequence overview.

This is likely to follow on from the entirely pre-construction strategic stage of obtain planning permission for specific parcels of land.
