Just to be aware going forward I am trying to reference legislation with their Year and Number – as shorter and more distinctive than their often long and repetitive textual description.
And also
Naming can be somewhat irregular
On occasion legislation is split into Parts / Articles and Regulations I see no consistent methodology in the application of this.
Regularly there will be additional prefix and suffix texts such as c. It is best not to search on these additional prefix and suffixes as I tend to get a null return, just use the Year followed by next distinct number. This tends to get non distinct results but usually returns the correct option as an option. So in the first above example searching on 1992 and 223 reveals.
